The Provincial Capitol of Tarlac is consider as one of the important building or establishment here in Tarlac. This place is the second home of the father of Tarlac or the Governor who leads the province in different aspects of life of the Tarlaquenos. The current Governor of the Province of Tarlac is Susan Yap. This place is also imporant because you will find here the important documents about the province.
